Behind the System

What Our Team Believes About Retention

Four specialists working as one team to turn customer behavior into thoughtful email and SMS journeys that bring people back and give your brand a steadier source of revenue.

Team Perspective

Most stores do not need more traffic before they fix retention. They need a better way to reconnect with the people who already showed interest. Our job is to build that system and make every customer interaction feel worth returning to.

How It Works

Your Flows Are Running. Let’s Find Where They’re Losing Orders.

A win-back email that never fires. A post-purchase sequence selling someone the product they just bought. A campaign sent to the entire list because nobody had time to build the right segment.

These are the details we look for first. Then we fix them inside your existing account.

Step 0101

One Call. Account Access. Your Brand Assets.

Before you share access, your store needs at least 10,000 monthly sessions and 3,000 marketable email subscribers.

We need one kickoff call, access to your Klaviyo or Omnisend account, and your brand assets. Bring your product information, current offers, and any upcoming launches.

Plan for about two hours of your team’s time across kickoff, gathering assets, and reviewing the initial direction. We handle the strategy, writing, design, setup, testing, and reporting. After that, we need timely approvals, with copy and creative reviewed within 48 hours.

Step 0202

We Find the Emails That Should Be Earning More.

We check whether your welcome series gives new subscribers a reason to buy, whether cart reminders reach shoppers before they lose interest, and whether customers keep receiving recovery emails after checkout.

We also look for missing replenishment reminders, win-back flows with conditions nobody qualifies for, and campaigns going to people who bought the same product yesterday.

You receive a prioritized plan showing what we’ll fix first and why.

Step 0303

We Do the Writing, Building, and Cleanup.

We improve or rebuild the agreed flows, organize customer segments, and produce campaigns around the products and offers that matter to each audience.

That might mean replacing an immediate discount with a useful answer, giving recent buyers a relevant next purchase, or separating loyal customers from people who have never ordered.

Your team approves the direction. We turn it into finished emails and working automation inside your account.

Step 0404

We Check What Actually Happens to the Customer.

Before changes go live, we test triggers, delays, links, product blocks, mobile layouts, consent rules, exclusions, and tracking.

Does the cart email stop after an order? Does the post-purchase message match what they bought? Can an eligible customer actually enter the win-back flow?

We check the full path so a good email isn’t held back by a broken rule.

Step 0505

The First 30 Days Build the Evidence. Day 60 Is the Target.

By day 30, the agreed priority changes should be live, checked, and producing early results. We use those results to adjust timing, messages, and audiences. Some journeys, especially replenishment and win-back, need customers to reach the right point in their buying cycle.

The full target is measured at day 60. We are not promising that 15% arrives in week two.

Momentum targets 15% of store revenue attributed to email. Scale targets 20%. We measure inside your email platform using the click-attribution window we agree on together, with your 30 days before we started as the baseline.

Qualified engagements are backed by The Target Guarantee. If we miss the agreed day-60 target and the qualification conditions have been maintained, the full service continues free for up to 30 additional days.

What You Get

We Fix the Follow-Up Your Customers Are Missing.

Your account can have every standard flow switched on and still leave orders behind.

A customer runs out of a product and hears nothing. Another receives a discount when they only needed a shipping answer. Someone who already purchased gets the same campaign as a first-time browser.

We work through those gaps, with the agreed scope built around your account and how your customers buy.

Best Fit For

DTC brands already running email, with at least 10,000 monthly store sessions and 3,000 marketable email subscribers, that need better flows, more relevant campaigns, and a team to handle the work.

Deliverable 0101

A Plan That Shows Where Orders Are Being Lost.

We review your existing flows, campaign results, customer data, and purchase cycle.

We identify the missed moments: a welcome series that stops too soon, cart reminders with weak timing, no follow-up between the first order and the likely reorder, or returning customers receiving the same pitch every month.

You get a prioritized retention plan that connects each change to a specific customer action. You’ll know what we’re fixing and what we expect it to do.

Deliverable 0202

Customer Segments That Keep the Wrong Email Out.

We organize your audience by purchase history, product interest, engagement, and permission to receive marketing.

Recent buyers can be excluded from recovery messages. Repeat customers can receive a different offer from first-time prospects. People who have gone quiet can get a relevant reason to return instead of another store-wide blast.

We check the entry rules and exclusions so the right people receive the message.

Deliverable 0303

Automated Follow-Up Built Around the Next Purchase.

We improve the five agreed customer journeys:

  • Welcome: Answer the questions a new subscriber needs settled before buying.
  • Browse recovery: Follow up on the product they viewed, with information that helps them decide.
  • Cart and checkout recovery: Bring shoppers back to their selection, address practical concerns, and stop messaging them once they order.
  • Post-purchase: Support the product they just bought, then introduce a sensible next step when the timing is right.
  • Repeat purchase and win-back: Add relevant reorder reminders and check that eligible customers can enter the flow.

Each journey includes the agreed copy, creative, timing, and automation setup. We build it inside your account and test it before it goes live.

Deliverable 0404

Campaigns Planned for a Specific Audience.

We handle the agreed campaign planning, copy, design, audience selection, and scheduling.

A product education email goes to people who need that information. A replenishment campaign reaches relevant buyers. A launch email can give loyal customers a reason to pay attention without sending the same offer to everyone.

You review the work. We handle production and sending, with each campaign tied to a clear audience and a clear reason to buy.

Deliverable 0505

Testing and Reporting That Tell You What Changed.

We monitor account health and track flows and campaigns separately. We test the agreed improvements and use the results to decide what deserves another round of work.

Revenue is measured inside your email platform using our agreed click-attribution window. We compare performance with the 30 days before the engagement and report email’s share of total store revenue.

You can see what is earning revenue, what still needs attention, and what we’re doing next. These are platform-attributed figures, not a claim that every credited order was caused solely by email.

Everything is built inside your account. Every completed strategy, flow, segment, message, and creative asset belongs to your brand.

“Billed Monthly. Two-Month Minimum Commitment.”

Momentum and Scale are monthly retainers, billed monthly, with a two-month minimum commitment. The total beside each monthly price shows the full commitment for the initial 60-day sprint. Flow counts describe the build scope for the sprint. Campaign and A/B testing counts are monthly. Your email-platform subscription is separate.

The Target Guarantee

If we don't hit the number, the next 30 days are on us.

If email isn't contributing 15% of your store's revenue by day 60 on Momentum, or 20% on Scale, we keep working toward that target for the next 30 days, free of charge. Same service, same team, zero charge.

We back the work with our time. Here’s exactly how it works.

We measure email’s share of store revenue inside your email platform using a click-attribution window we agree on together. Your 30-day pre-engagement baseline gives us the starting point. We lock the attribution settings, reporting periods, and calculation before work begins, so everyone knows what counts.

The guarantee applies to brands with at least 10,000 monthly store sessions and 3,000 marketable email subscribers, meaning subscribers you have permission to email. Active traffic or ad spend must be maintained throughout the sprint. We confirm these minimums before work begins.

Creative and copy approvals are due within 48 hours. Ad spend cannot be paused mid-sprint, and site changes must preserve tracking. If approvals or required access stop, the performance clock pauses until we can resume. Any pause is documented with your team.

The free extension includes flows, campaigns, testing, and reporting for up to 30 additional days. It is a continuation of the service, not a reduced support package.

If the agreed target is missed at day 60 and the qualification conditions have been maintained, your next 30 days of service are free. The extension is capped at 30 days.

Performance Note

Momentum’s 15% and Scale’s 20% targets refer to the share of total store revenue attributed to email using the agreed measurement method. Qualified engagements are backed by The Target Guarantee above. These percentages do not represent incremental store growth or net profit.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers before you get started.

We already run email. What will you actually do differently?

Most programs we see have the right flows turned on but the wrong logic inside them. Win-backs that never fire, post-purchase emails pitching the product someone just bought, campaigns sent to the whole list instead of the right segment. We rebuild the logic, the segments, and the creative behind what you already have, then test it until the numbers move.

How do you measure the 15% or 20%?

Inside your ESP, on a click-attribution window we agree on together before work starts, compared against your 30 days before we started. No blended dashboards, no moving goalposts. You see email's contribution next to total store revenue every month.

What happens if you don't hit the number?

Then the next 30 days are on us. If email isn't contributing 15% of your store's revenue by day 60 on Momentum (20% on Scale), we keep working for free until it does, up to 30 additional days. The measurement method is locked before we start, so there's never an argument about the math.

Why is your pricing based on our revenue?

Because the work scales with the size of the program. A $250k/month store has more flows, more segments, and more campaigns to rebuild than a $50k store. Revenue-based tiers keep the price proportional to the value: every tier works out to roughly a tenth of the monthly lift we target, so the return stays around 8 to 10x.

How much of my team's time does this take?

About 2 hours total. One kickoff call, account access, and your brand assets. After that we handle the audit, rebuild, copy, creative, and testing. You approve the plan and the creative. To keep the guarantee valid, we ask for approvals within 48 hours and no paused ad spend mid-sprint.

Do you work inside our existing Klaviyo or Omnisend account?

Yes. Everything is built inside your account, not ours. Every flow, segment, campaign, and creative asset belongs to your brand from day one. If you ever leave, it all stays with you.

Do you handle SMS as well?

The /build program is email only, because the 15% and 20% targets are measured on email-attributed revenue. If you want SMS added, mention it in the form and we'll scope it separately.

Who owns everything if we cancel?

You do. Every strategy, automation, segment, message, and creative file we create lives in your account and stays yours. There's a 2-month minimum commitment, and after that it's month to month.

How fast do we start, and when do we see results?

We start within days of receiving access and assets. Expect early wins in the first 30 days as rebuilt flows go live, with the full 15% or 20% target measured at day 60. Email compounds, so month two is where the testing starts paying off.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

We review your store, check you against the qualification minimums (10,000 monthly sessions and 3,000 marketable subscribers), and get on a call to walk through your account. If we're a fit, we lock the attribution methodology, you pick Momentum or Scale, and we start.
